An accidental business began...in 2010 Cassidy was working in Dumbo and needed a great light fixture, but couldn't find an affordable industrial looking fixture anywhere. So she decided to make one and the story begins. It all started with a piece of plywood she found in the trash in Dumbo!After hanging the fixture in her office space everyone that came through the door wanted one. It was crazy! So she began making fixtures like crazy and allowing customizations which she could then use to post more pictures on Etsy which then led to more sales.
It's awesome that they get to create jobs and create these amazing fixtures for their amazing customers here on Etsy.
We scavenger all over finding great pieces of wood, barn tin, and some other materials that are now in the works to use for our lighting. It has become quite an adventure! You never know which direction life will take you.
